Do you do the work for me?
No. This is consulting. You leave with a written plan and I stay reachable for 30 days, but the implementation is yours. If you want it done for you, that is the Google Business Profile management service.
What if I am an agency, not a business owner?
Agencies are very welcome. A good share of these sessions are with agencies and consultants, not business owners. We can work a live client account together, tighten how you scope, price and pitch local SEO, or build the process your team follows on every account. You can also use the session to get unstuck on a client you are about to lose, and everything you learn is yours to resell.
What do I need to prepare?
Very little. After payment you get an intake form that asks for viewer access to your Google Business Profile and any other assets that matter, plus the background on your situation and what you want out of the 90 minutes. That access is what lets me evaluate things properly instead of guessing from the outside. Fill it in, and the audit work is on me.
Do you cover AI search and LLM visibility?
Yes. We can audit your AI search and LLM visibility directly: where you currently show up when people ask ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews for a local recommendation, and what needs to change so your business gets cited and mentioned on those platforms instead of a competitor.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the session, I refund you in full, no questions asked. I would rather give the money back than have you tell people it was not worth it.
What if I have more than one location?
Multi-location is welcome, with one honest caveat: 90 minutes isn't enough to give ten locations the same attention one profile would get. The pre-session audit goes wider and shallower. So we pick two or three representative locations, go deep on those, and turn what we find into the system you apply across the rest.
Can I book you for ongoing consulting for my agency?
Yes. Plenty of agencies start with one session and then want me on retainer for their team. Get in touch and we will put together a customized ongoing consulting agreement around how many accounts you run and how often you want me involved.
Will you look at my website too?
Yes, as far as it affects local. Your landing page and lead flow are usually where the money leaks, so we look at what happens after someone taps your profile, not just the profile itself.
What if I need more time?
